The production office, in one box
AppleBoxe is a production office built for independent film. Write the script, break it down, schedule, budget, staff up, shoot, and wrap — connected in one workspace, with AI helping where it counts.
No public signup yet. AppleBoxe is being hardened before a real launch — the status below is the honest picture.

The pipeline
Independent productions lose time stitching together a writing app, a scheduler, a budget sheet, and a stack of call sheets. AppleBoxe keeps them in one place, each stage feeding the next.
The tools
A distraction-free screenplay editor with correct pagination, FDX / Fountain export, and an AI Coverage panel for development notes.
Instant production and character analytics — INT/EXT and day/night mix, busiest locations, dialogue share, and screen-time timelines.
Parse the script into scenes, cast, locations, and a props catalog with sourcing, status, and cost.
Plan shoot days and scenes with a real shot planner that surfaces locations and INT/EXT, day/night context.
Track line items with under/over status, so the money picture stays current as the plan changes.
Staff the production, generate call sheets, and file daily production reports — the on-set logistics layer.
From the build
Real screens captured from the in-development app — warm grayscale, where red is the only color that carries meaning.
We are keeping this honest. The core production tools work, but AppleBoxe is not finished and not publicly launched. Here is exactly where it stands.
Script editor, analysis, breakdown, schedule, budget, crew, call sheets, and DPR all exist and run against a live Supabase backend.
Script Coverage, story analysis, and props extraction run on Claude. Spending only happens on an explicit user action.
Overlapping surfaces are being consolidated, some tools hidden for launch, and a design/accessibility/mobile pass is still underway.
AppleBoxe is in active development. Hardening, data-persistence, and security cleanup come before any public release. Billing is not shipped.
Not publicly. AppleBoxe is in active development as an early preview. There is no open signup yet — it is shown here to give an honest picture of what is being built.
A production office for independent film: write the script, break it down, schedule, budget, staff up, shoot, and wrap — all connected in one web app. The brand idea is the apple box: the one crate that does everything on set.
The script editor, script analysis, breakdown and props, schedule, budget, crew, call sheets, and daily production reports are all built and running, with AI-assisted coverage and analysis.
Consolidating overlapping tools, hiding not-ready surfaces, a visual and mobile polish pass, persisting parsed cast and locations, and a backend security and migration cleanup. Monetization is intentionally not shipped yet.
Yes. Script coverage, story analysis, and props extraction use Claude. AI calls run on an explicit action and degrade gracefully when a key is missing or the service is busy.
